TruSkin Aesthetic Group Launches Apex Pro Microneedling Pen

WEST CHESTER, PA – October 28, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

TruSkin Aesthetic Group, a supplier of medical aesthetic equipment to practices in the United States, has launched the Apex Pro Microneedling Pen, a professional device for med spas, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery offices. The pen is sold only to licensed professionals and is available across the United States.

The launch is aimed at practices that already offer microneedling and want to lower the recurring cost of each treatment. Apex Pro Microneedling Pen uses its own single-use sterile cartridges, which TruSkin prices below the cartridges used by many professional pens, so the per-treatment consumable cost is the main variable a practice can compare against its own supply invoices.

“Most practices we talk to are not looking for another device so much as a way to stop overpaying for consumables on a treatment they already perform every week,” said Tom Brady of TruSkin Aesthetic Group. “The Apex Pro Microneedling Pen gives them a professional pen and a cartridge cost they can check against what they are paying today.”

Apex Pro Microneedling Pen is an FDA-cleared Class II microneedling device. It offers three treatment speeds, a motor that runs at up to 9,000 RPM, and needle depth adjustable from 0.1 to 2.5 millimeters in 0.1 millimeter increments. It runs on battery power with an optional AC power connection.

The pen accepts two sterile cartridge types. A 12-pin cartridge is intended for smaller areas around the eyes, nose, and lips, and a 36-pin cartridge is intended for full-face treatment. Practices use professional microneedling to address concerns such as the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne and facial scarring, uneven texture, and enlarged pores, and outcomes vary by patient and protocol.

Each device includes training and onboarding, and TruSkin provides support from its own U.S.-based staff. The device carries a lifetime warranty subject to its warranty terms, and if a pen needs service, TruSkin ships a loaner within 24 hours when notified by 2 p.m. Eastern.

TruSkin has also introduced a trade-in program for practices replacing an existing professional microneedling pen, with eligibility confirmed by a TruSkin specialist. Practices considering a switch can request a demonstration before purchasing.

Alongside the pen, TruSkin offers ApexPDRN+, a professional topical used after treatment for hydration and recovery support. The product is intended for topical use only, as labeled.

The Apex Pro Microneedling Pen adds microneedling to a TruSkin catalog that already includes laser hair removal, IPL, and fractional CO2 systems for aesthetic practices. The company is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

More information about Apex Pro Microneedling Pen, including device specifications and demo requests, is available on the product website. TruSkin Aesthetic Group can be reached at (888) 480-7327.
