The appointment comes as enterprise demand for Concurrence accelerates, following its multi-year partnership with Databricks announced in September.

While at Axle Research and Technologies, Dr. Sidky led the NIH’s National Clinical Cohort Collaborative (N3C), the nation’s largest centralized public clinical data resource, covering more than 23 million patients. He worked to transform N3C from a pandemic-era project into permanent national infrastructure for research and applied AI.

Most recently, Dr. Sidky was Director of Solutions Engineering at Verily, leading the forward-deployed engineering function for its enterprise health data platform and securing a multi-million-dollar ARPA-H award to build the trusted data foundation for the CIRCLE critical care initiative. Previously, he led Commercial Data Science and AI capabilities at AstraZeneca and developed clinical decision support models at the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Sidky holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, has co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and is a recipient of the Director’s Award from NIH’s National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS).
