Yorkville America Launches MANGOS Plus Index ETF (FRUT), a Single-Ticket Expression of AI’s Platform and Hardware Layers
PR Newswire
MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J., Aug. 31, 2026
FRUT targets the companies leading AI’s development, commercialization, and infrastructure buildout — across both the platform layer and its hardware supply chain
MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Yorkville America Equities, LLC, an asset management firm and registered investment adviser, announced today the launch of the Yorkville America MANGOS Plus Index ETF (Ticker: FRUT).
Most AI-focused investing requires choosing between the platform companies building AI and the hardware companies powering it. FRUT takes a different approach, combining both in a single, rules-based index ETF built around the companies the Adviser views as central to AI’s buildout.
“Every technology cycle eventually reveals where the real economic value sits — and it’s rarely only in the most visible layer,” said Steve Neamtz, CEO, Yorkville America Equities, LLC. “FRUT is built on that premise: AI’s platforms and its infrastructure are part of one investable thesis, not two competing ones.”
FRUT’s core exposures are the six “MANGO Companies” — Meta Platforms, NVIDIA, Alphabet, SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic — complemented by the “Parabolic 7” (SanDisk, Marvell, Micron, Intel, Dell, AMD, and Broadcom), which Yorkville America views as companies positioned to benefit from AI infrastructure spending. At least 80% of the Fund’s net assets provide exposure to this “MANGO Plus Group,” through direct holdings, private securities or total return swaps. Exposure to privately held names is obtained primarily through swap contracts, with direct private-security holdings capped at 5% of net assets.
FRUT reflects a broader view Yorkville America has built its platform around: durable opportunity comes from identifying structural forces early and building toward them with discipline rather than impulse. It joins the firm’s growing suite of ETFs, including its Digital & Structural Economy vertical, as the next considered step in a portfolio construction approach built for what’s ahead.
The Yorkville America™ MANGOS Plus Index (YAMANGOP) bridges public and pre-IPO AI markets in one systematic, rules-based strategy. It combines publicly listed MANGOS companies and systematically selected AI infrastructure leaders with an innovative use of perpetual futures referencing OpenAI and Anthropic. The listed equity basket is refreshed quarterly, while monthly, liquidity-sensitive rebalancing allows the strategy to evolve with AI leadership and market conditions. An ad hoc review may also be conducted if OpenAI or Anthropic announces or completes an IPO, helping the index remain representative while maintaining appropriate liquidity controls.

Disclosures
An investor should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. The prospectus and other applicable regulatory offering documents related to the MANGOS Plus Index ETF contain this and other relevant information about the ETF. For a free prospectus or a summary prospectus, which contains this and other important information about the fund, visit www.yadigitaletfs.com. Read the prospectus carefully before investing.
The Fund is a recently organized investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors have no track record or history on which to base their investment decision. There can be no assurance that the Fund will grow to or maintain an economically viable size.
The Fund’s investments are focused on companies involved in AI and other related technologies and infrastructure. As a result, the Fund’s performance may be significantly affected by developments impacting AI-related companies and industries. The AI industry is subject to evolving legal, regulatory, ethical, and political considerations, including those relating to privacy, data usage, intellectual property, algorithmic bias, transparency, misinformation, consumer protection, competition, and national security. Changes in regulation or public perception could adversely affect companies in which the Fund invests. Because the Fund’s investments may be concentrated in a relatively narrow segment of the economy, the Fund may experience greater volatility and may be more susceptible to adverse economic, market, technological, or regulatory developments than a fund with broader investment exposure.
An investment in ETFs involves risk, including possible loss of principal. There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its objective. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETF’s net asset value (NAV), and are not individually redeemable directly with the ETFs. Brokerage commissions and ETF expenses will reduce returns. ETFs are subject to specific risks, depending on the nature of the underlying strategy of the ETF, which should be considered carefully when making investment decisions. The Fund is non-diversified, meaning it may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund, which may increase risk. The Fund’s concentration in AI, semiconductor, and related technology industries increases exposure to risks affecting those industries.
The Fund’s exposure to privately held companies is obtained primarily through total return swaps referencing those companies, and involves derivatives risk, including counterparty risk, liquidity risk, valuation risk, and operational risk. Pricing for pre-IPO companies may be based on limited, imperfect information, and the weighting assigned to a private company within the Underlying Index may be materially less than its target weight as a result of these limitations. For a complete description of the investment risks associated with the ETF, please refer to the prospectus.
